Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff in daily operations.
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of housekeeping team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management (supervisory level preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 – $60.00 per hour
