As a Client Delivery Manager, you'll be the key link between MUFG RS and a major Australian superannuation fund. Your mission? To deliver high-quality outcomes that align with client expectations, contractual obligations, and our strategic goals.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Strategic Leadership
- Own and manage the end-to-end relationships.
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align MUFG RS initiatives.
- Represent MUFG RS in senior management and executive-level settings and strategy sessions.
- Monitor delivery against strategic plans and adjust approaches to ensure success.
2. Operational Excellence
- Ensure all services meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee governance, reporting, and audit requirements in collaboration with the Client Support Manager.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience.
- Maintain accountability for delivering a seamless, high-quality service.
3. People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and cross-functional teams.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive workforce planning, capability uplift, and succession planning initiatives.
- Promote MUFG RS values, ethical conduct, and inclusive practices.
4. Governance & Risk Management
- Fulfill audit and compliance responsibilities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with operational teams to deliver customised reporting and services.
- Participate in key projects aimed at enhancing client delivery and administration services.
- Act as the senior escalation point for client service issues and key risk events.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in client-facing roles, ideally in superannuation or financial services.
- Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and service agreements.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the retirement services sector.
- Leadership experience with a track record of driving results.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or related field (desirable).
