**Key requirements of the role**:

- Previous experience in a government role (highly desirable)
- Provide a high level of project and executive support to the team.
- Provide advice to team members on administrative and procedural matters where appropriate.
- Coordinate all activities of projects including collaborating with all business elements
- Demonstrated knowledge in the contract administration function (desirable).

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and to work flexibly to meet changing priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills - No need to be an IT whiz but can quickly learn new systems.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills - you may find yourself liaising with multiple stakeholder.
- Have the ability to priorities your work in order to accomplish goals
- Be capable of working with little supervision in a high-volume environment
