**Your new company**

A State Government Department is looking for a Project Support Officer to join their team. This role requires you to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis.

**Your new role**

As an experienced Project Support Officer your daily duties will include but won’t be limited to:

- Manages incoming requests in the refurbishments shared mailbox.
- Conducts quality and assurance checks of payments, variations and contacts to be established in the contract management system.
- Data entry into project/contract management system.
- Co-ordinates and maintains record keeping functions of the team.
- Coordinates meetings
- preparing agendas, minute taking, distributing documents, if required.
- Other administrative support tasks for the team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High level organisational skills
- Previous State Government experience
- Previous administration experience
- Knowledge within project work
- Financial background with experience processing payments would favoured
