**The Company**:
A major facilities management provider is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to provide a high touch service to its customer. Operate in a strictly regulated clinical environment, including laboratories, testing facilities, medical technology, and corporate offices.
**The Role**:
This role will manage the overall customer experience and deliver facilities management services that complement the workplace experience such as front of house/concierge, new employee onboarding management, space planning, and moves and changes.
Encourage a seamless return to work and team collaboration through smart office spaces, improved technologies and a welcoming environment. Manage a team of people to ensure high standards in compliance and quality management.
**Duties**:
- Oversee high quality facility operations across multiple locations - cleaning, catering, reception, events, meeting rooms, mailroom and furniture
- Target 100% compliance in a highly regulated environment e.g. vendor documentation, insurances, contractual obligations
- Uphold ISO quality management standards
- Design office spaces to encourage collaboration and engagement
- Plan, design and implement new technology where it can add value to the customer
- Improve the employee onboarding process - orientation, training, access, IT, software
**Successful Criteria**:
- 5+ years experience in a Quality Management role, ideally with ISO knowledge - ISO 9001 and/or 13485
- Relevant tertiary degree preferred
- Strong experience in customer service, employee engagement and relationship management
- Experience in a critical environment, auditing and compliance e.g. medical, healthcare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, research labs etc.
- Experience in a similar environment such as facilities management, building services, hospitality, clinical or medical space
- Team leadership experience - training, support, succession planning
