Montgomery Advisory is a legal recruitment firm working with some of the worlds most prominent law firms and corporate legal in-house clients globally. We boast the largest legal recruitment team in the country with decades of recruitment experience.

Montgomery Edge is our specialist offering that focuses on purely contract, temporary/ project based legal recruitment/ flexible, part time engagements, for lawyers.

**The role**

Due to the exponential grow the of the Edge practice, we are seeking a 360 degree recruitment consultant, who will focus on sourcing and placing qualified legal professionals into temporary, contract, flexible, project based legal roles. Our clients span a diverse range of industries from top tier, mid tier & boutique law firms, ASX listed entities, private and public sector companies, and not for profit organisations.

Our flat structure means you will have direct access to Edge Director, Bill Panourgias, and be able to leverage from his 15+ years of agency, and in-house legal recruitment experience.

We are ideally seeking an experienced recruiter with two or more years of experience in a similar, or transferable role.
