**About the role**

As a **Human Resources Officer (HR Officer)**, you will be responsible for
- Coordinating the onboarding activities for new employees, including pre-employment checks and contract preparation.
- Ensuring that employee information, documentation and files are kept up to date.
- Ensuring HR records and staff files meet compliance requirements.
- Preparing HR input to audit and other compliance requirements
- Supporting the team as required with various employee engagement activities/initiatives
- Handling employee queries related to document submission, renewal of documents etc in a timely manner by coordinating with respective department heads
- Managing general day to day HR related duties in a consistent and efficient manner

**About You**
- You have a tertiary qualification related to HR or significant skills, knowledge, and experience
- Prior knowledge of disability service industry (NDIS) is highly desirable
- Team player with positive attitude and ability to multitask
- High level attention to detail
- Good organisation skills with a professional and efficient approach to work

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Proof of Right to work in Australia.
- National Police Check.
- Relevant HR Qualification
- Their own TFN number.
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Photo ID such as their driver licence

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
