**Key Responsibilities1. Design and Development of IMS**
- **System Integration**: Design and develop comprehensive IMS frameworks that integrate quality, environmental, health & safety, and other relevant management systems.
- **Customisation**: Tailour IMS solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and work instructions necessary for IMS implementation.

**2. Implementation and Deployment**
- **Project Management**: Lead IMS implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- **Training and Support**: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IMS protocols and best practices.
- **Change Management**: Facilitate smooth transitions by managing change effectively, addressing resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**3. Risk Management**
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks that could impact the organization’s operations and strategic objectives.
- **Mitigation Strategies**: Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of identified risks.
- **Monitoring**: Continuously monitor risk environments and update risk management strategies as necessary.

**4. Compliance and Auditing**
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that all integrated management systems comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- **Internal Audits**: Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of IMS and identify areas for improvement.
- **Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management, recommending actionable solutions.

**5. Continuous Improvement**
- **Performance Metrics**: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of IMS.
- **Feedback Mechanisms**: Establish channels for receiving and addressing feedback from employees regarding IMS processes.
- **Best Practices**: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in management systems and risk management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**6. Stakeholder Engagement**
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of management systems and address any operational challenges.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for IMS initiatives.
- **Consultation**: Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on IMS-related matters.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
