**The Role**:
Join our team as a Switchboard Operator/Junior Receptionist at Orthopaedics SA, where you will be essential in managing our busy switchboard system and front desk reception at our North Adelaide location. Your role will ensure effective communication throughout the organization and provide a welcoming environment for our patients and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage a busy switchboard, efficiently handling, triaging, and directing incoming and outgoing calls.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors, providing a high level of customer service and maintaining a professional front desk.
- Provide accurate information both over the phone and in person, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate departments.
- Manage messages and communications with precision, ensuring all interactions are logged and addressed promptly.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
