**Responsibilities**:

- Lead commercial strategy development for wind farm, solar, and BESS projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Identify and assess business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring favourable terms and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project development, engineering, finance, and legal teams, to drive project success.
- Manage project budgets and financial performance, monitoring costs, revenues, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, government agencies, industry associations, and community groups.
- Provide commercial expertise and support to project teams, including risk assessment, contract management, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and models for wind, solar, and BESS projects, optimizing revenue generation and profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations for land acquisition, permitting, interconnection, and other project development activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
- Support the development of marketing and sales collateral, including proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote our client's brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the commercial team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on wind farm development, solar, and/or BESS projects.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex contracts and agreements, with strong financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of renewable energy market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
