Are you an experienced Head of sales and marketing or senior sales and marketing manager, in the real estate or accommodation sectors, seeking your next sales and marketing challenge? This full-time role, based in our Surry Hills office, could be what you’re looking for.

Aspen Group is a successful and fast growing ASX listed property group and a leading provider of quality accommodation in the residential, retirement and short stay sectors.

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced Head of Sales and marketing manager or senior sales and marketing manager to join our team. With 20 operating assets across Australia and plans to grow the portfolio, the Head of Sales and Marketing will be required to manage a variety of ongoing and campaign tasks for each of these businesses. No two days are the same as you work with our regionally based teams and across internal departments to generate revenue for each of our individual assets.

Reporting to the Joint CEO, you will be responsible for:

- Business plans for sales and marketing
- Managing an internal team
- Motivating and training our internal and external sales people
- Continuing the standardising of sales and marketing processes
- Implementing our CRM system
- Visiting assets and meeting with stakeholders
- Oversee strategic marketing
- Meeting sales budgets and setting pricing with other teams
- Working closely with Operations, Asset Management and other divisions

- Can you initiate and build working relationships with a range of people and businesses?
- Will you roll up your sleeves and be ‘hands on’
- Are you prepared to do regular travel to our property assets across Australia (drivers licence required)?
