An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in a full time capacity. This position will involve working closely with the Director and being an integral part of driving sales and growth. The role is committed to providing tactical direction, team building, coaching, leadership, and delivering best service to clients and customers.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, your daily duties will include but are not limited to:

- Working with the Director to establish, revise, and implement policies on all aspects of client portfolios
- Developing, implementing, and driving strategies to achieve sales targets for the direct channels of the business
- Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Ensuring all team members are appropriately trained, conducting skill gap analysis, and developing plans to address identified gaps
- Assisting the sales team in achieving renewal of existing acquisition business opportunities and following through onpost-sales objectives to maximize customer satisfaction
- Reporting on direct market trends, developments & competitor activities
- Providing weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports & plans
- Managing and developing client relationships

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Tertiary study in marketing and management is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with strategic management and performance management
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to manage, lead, and coordinate people and resources
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, events, or residential sales is desirable
- Developed understanding of customer needs, including customer satisfaction strategies and providing high quality service
