**An Exciting Opportunity Awaits**
**About the Role**
- Source, attract and secure quality talent for our open requisitions through innovative recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the Hiring Manages, and People Partners as required, to provide strategic insights for hiring decisions
- Influence recruitment decisions and outcomes with insightful recruitment data and metrics
- Develop TEG’s employer brand across various platforms
- Work closely with People & Culture team to deliver a smooth onboarding experience
- Be aware of latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies/tools
- Deliver training to lift manager bench strength across the hiring process
- Get involved with the wider People team to deliver on projects outside of Talent Acquisition where required
**About You**
- Experience delivering on full cycle recruitment for internal and external recruitment needs
- Proven experience in using ATS and different social media tools (Linkedin, Seek, Boolean searches) to source talent
- Ability to multitask, comfortable working with ambiguity and ability to adapt as required
- Ability to identify and execute on process improvements
- Ability to map recruiting process and identify efficiencies.
- You’re highly organised, can hold stakeholders accountable and comfortable building relationships with hiring managers both locally and globally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**What success looks like**:
- In the first few months, understand the Company and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders as you source, attract and appoint exceptional talent across TEG.
- By the six-month mark, work with the P&C team to develop our EVP and present this strategy to the Group GM for P&C as well as delivering meaningful dashboards and insight to leadership to support workforce planning and proactive recruitment initiatives.
- After a year, be recognized for exceeding expectations in driving initiatives forward and achieving measurable results that align with TEG's strategic objectives.
