**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager and working closely with cross-functional teams, this is a critical role in a growing team responsible for building and executing integrated enterprise digital campaigns to drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue. This digital marketer will have a deep knowledge of how to engage prospects and bring them through the buying process via multi-channel digital campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute digital tactics in line with key priorities of branding, awareness, demand and lead generation through various digital platforms and multi-touch digital strategies that is aligned to sales and marketing goals.
- Close collaboration with Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to ensure end to end digital journey is in place, where leads generated are then further channelled into digital nurture and digital re-marketing tactics.
- Own digital channels including webinar program, nurture program and paid social media.
- Ensure operational excellence with digital campaign execution, lead generation and management.
- Discipline in uploading leads generated from the digital campaigns and following process of submitting Workfront requests.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Own end-to-end execution of each program ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and deliver on time and budget.
- Developing and executing social media strategy across all relevant platforms including content creation, community management and ad spend.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
- A deep understanding of community engagement, social planning, content optimisation and engagement tracking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and intuition to tailor communications to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of social media and all other digital media.
- Well organised and able to prioritise and manage work load and projects.
- Creative flair.
- High level of attention to detail, able to work with detail and big picture views.
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new online platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising and affiliate marketing platforms including cost and bid optimisation strategies.
- Extensive experience in identifying and segmenting target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Show strong initiative, enthusiasm and work well both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with using ad platforms across the media landscape including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and working with agencies to manage and optimise media investment.
- Experience leading end-to-end digital and social media strategies and adapting creative for different channels.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, or similar (desirable but not essential).
