**About the role**:
We are currently recruiting for our QLD office (Hendra 4011).

Tasks would include but are not limited to:

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Managing enquiries across a range of products
- Being part of a fun, supportive and hardworking team
- We provide training and a great support network so no need to worry if you don't have experience in Customer Service or Water Filtration

**About you**:
An exceptional attitude and work ethic combined with a passion to succeed and service customers to the best of your ability.

The below experience is desired but not essential:

- You may be from a completely different field, but we will train and support you to be successful in this role
- Recent Customer Service or Sales experience
- PC proficiency with the ability to learn new programs
