SIXT Australia is seeking a **Permanent Full time **dual role as a **Customer Experience Agent** to join the team at **Hendra**.

**Your Opportunity**:
As a **Customer Experience Agent**, you will be required to provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Selling additional over the counter rental products
- Managing reservations
- Grooming returned vehicles
- Recording vehicle damage
- Delivering vehicles between sites

**About you**:

- Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
- Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceedtargets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (including **Provisional Licence**)
- Full working rights in Australia
