**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Service Coordinator to join our Operations team based in our newly refurbished
**_Brisbane_** office. Possessing excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to our fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of all preventative and reactive facilities maintenance works to our range of clients nation-wide. This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to be part of a fast-growing company and develop into an integral person within Modus.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of facilities maintenance services, which encompasses HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, ad hoc support and all related admin services
- Build and maintain relationships with our retail and/or petroleum clients
- Monitor and control incoming work orders and job requests to meet client expectations and internal KPI’s
- Respond to reported maintenance issues and communicate efficient and effective responses
- Build effective working relationships with our Modus trades and subcontractors
- Receive and manage incoming calls and work requests efficiently
- Assist with processing of quotations
- Maintain and manage accurate data in the Modus database; TSM
- Compile client reports and distribute to key stakeholders

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Strong administration, communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience meeting & exceeding KPIs
- Experience in logistics, commercial property, construction, aviation or real estate industries is desirable
- Friendly and sociable personality
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Quick learner with a high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Database management experience is desirable
