**The Gig**
As a property manager in this team, you will be responsible for the end to end management of a small portfolio of key clients and their investment properties.
- End-to-end management of existing portfolio of properties including leasing, maintenance and arrears
- Use your outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to further strengthen pre-existing landlord and tenant relationships
- As with all property management roles, you’ll be responsible for keeping great notes and updating the CRM
- You’ll be taking charge of your day, making decisions about how to spend your time to get the best results, so it will help to be highly self-motivated and a productivity wizard

**Time and Location Requirements**
- Location: This position is based in a the beautiful Newcastle CBD.
- Timing: This is a full time position.

**Compensation**
- Full-time base salary - $60,000 to $80,000, dependant on experience level.
