**The Role**:
Talent Web is representing one of the largest Commercial property companies in their search for a Property Manager to look after a portfolio of Commercial Assets.
This role is a great opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to make a career within the Commercial Property space, working for one of the leading Commercial, Retail & industrial Property companies.

**Your role will include**:
Assist in managing a portfolio of assets
Managing various tenants, clients and stakeholders
Assist with the renewal and management of leases
Conduct inspections of premises ensuring they are managed in line with legislation
Assist in the development of property framework

**You will have**:
Have previous experience in Property Manager
Previous experience in Residential, Retail or Commercial Property
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Ambition to grow within the business
