Montefiore is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Hotel Services department. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at balancing multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
Specifically, you will work closely, and report into, the Director of Hotel Services and will provide administrative and operational support ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and related legislation. Key responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day catering operations and maintaining up-to-date documentation, manuals, and procedures to support service delivery and compliance.
**What we require**:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and business support experience
- Proven experience in document or records management
- Ability to collaborate and work within an inter-disciplinary environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms
- Exceptional time management, organisation, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Previous Food and Beverage experience would be looked upon favourably
