THE OPPORTUNITY

The Membership Services Administrator will join our supportive, fun and dynamic Membership Team, acting as a liaison between our valued Members and the Club as well as working closely with the Ticketing Services Manager to meet the operational demands of our race days. The position will be a 6-month contract, Full-Time, based at Royal Randwick Racecourse.

Key objectives of the role include:

- Acting as the first point of call for members by attending to phone calls and face to face enquiries as they arise;
- Organising and maintaining the Member concierge desk which includes working a roster of race days;
- Completing beginning and end of day procedures;
- Carrying out data entry, recording, cleansing, audit, and maintenance in the membership database system;
- Undertaking administrative activities associated with the annual membership renewal process;
- Managing allocation, bookings and ticketing requirements;
- Processing ticket requests as they arise including tickets for team member, sponsors, clients, members, and voucher redemptions.

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

- Experience in a Membership or customer service-based organisation.
- A collaborative and supportive work ethic.
- A can-do pragmatic approach to problem solving with proven communication, customer service and presentation skills.
- Previous Experience dealing with challenging customers and working in a customer service environment.
- Possession of a driver’s licence and car is preferred as travel to other venues is required.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM program and Office 360 would be an advantage.
- Tertiary qualifications in a suitable discipline or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
