**Digital Performance Lead**:
We’re looking for an experienced **Digital Performance Lead**to be responsible for our paid advertising, SEO strategy, and website optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, data-led team and work closely with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners. This is a **full-time position located in Richmond**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, implement, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google, aligned with business goals.
- Manage weekly ad budgets and collaborate with stakeholders to maximise ROI.
- Analyse performance data (GA4, CRM) to refine strategy and improve the sales funnel.
- Partner with the Content Team Lead to drive a data-informed communication strategy.
- Oversee the SEO strategy with agency partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Coordinate website updates, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation with internal teams and agencies.
- Monitor website and SEO performance to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
