Digital Media Director - Make This Role Yours

DPR&Co is an independent integrated advertising agency with business-savvy founders who understand what drives brand performance and a growing media capability. Now we're looking for a Digital Media Director to step into our well-established media function and progressively shape it with the capabilities you've built throughout your career.

The Opportunity

You'll lead media strategy and execution with the support of a team, working with clients who are ready to grow. This role offers a solid foundation of established processes and strong client relationships. You'll learn what's delivering results, then progressively bring your experience to enhance and evolve our capabilities.

What you'll own
:

  • Strategic Leadership
    : Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that deliver measurable results across multiple platforms and channels
  • Client Partnership
    : Work directly with clients and alongside our account service team to drive brand performance and growth
  • Campaign Excellence
    : Plan, implement, and optimise integrated campaigns that align with client objectives and reach target audiences effectively
  • Growth & Innovation
    : Identify and establish new local and international partnerships to extend reach and enhance performance
  • Performance Reporting
    : Deliver insightful campaign analytics and recommendations to clients

What You Bring:

You're an experienced digital media professional who has developed strong capabilities across strategy, planning, implementation and optimisation. You've partnered with clients to achieve brand growth and you're ready to join a team with established processes, learning what works while bringing your experience to progressively enhance and expand our approach.

You're someone who values both proven systems and continuous improvement. You'll respect what's already delivering results for clients, while identifying opportunities to elevate performance through your expertise.

What We Offer:

  • Remuneration
    : $120,000 - $130,000 + superannuation
  • Location
    : Richmond (next to Richmond Station) with hybrid working available
