**We are seeking an Internal Customer Service to service our current accounts and provide outstanding customer service.**

**About the Role...**

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our internal departments as well as provide exemplary customer service.

**Your will be responsible for**:

- Estimating and Quoting
- Entering orders
- Data Entry
- General Clerical Duties

**About You...**

You have previously work in a Customer Service role and go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. You have a strong work ethic, enjoy being part of a team and would like to be part of the Hume Doors & Timber's history.

**The Experience and Skills we are looking for include**:

- Building Industry knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- A thirst to learn and a proactive nature
- Willing to participate in factory training to help improve product knowledge
- "Can do" attitude
- Excellent communication
- Problem solving and good decision making
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Comfortable and professional telephone manner
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
