The Opportunity:
Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time HR Reporting Analytics Analyst to join our team at Head Office in Docklands, Melbourne. As a HR Reporting Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for all local HR dashboards and metrics while being a conduit for the use of our enterprise templates and framework. This role is looking for a HR professional with a strong analytical mindset that has the ability to talk to what is behind the data. This newly created role will make part of the wider HR function as we drive to support our business through stronger efficiencies driven by proven data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive all HR related reporting, including owning local dashboards and metrics
- Being a conduit to enterprise HR Digital team in the use of enterprise templates and framework
- Provide trends and insights analysis as well as recommendations to the business
- Implement improvements that drive efficiency in work practices and performance incl WFP inputs and outputs
- Adhoc reporting which include statutory reporting for ABS and WGEA

What will you bring?:

- Experience in Tableau and Power BI tools
- Demonstrated capability to identify, implement, and optimize HR technologies
- Proven ability to manage and measure work for continuous improvement
- Experience in providing business advice and support based from analytical insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills
- Deep analytical mindset that can provide insights that sit behind the data
- Workday experience would be advantageous
