The Opportunity:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting audits (IR, ER, payroll, immigration and more)
- Report on exceptions and compliance gaps
- Analyse information and provide recommendations on findings
- Implement improvements that drive efficiency in work practices and audit performance
- Liaise with Director ER/IR and Talent Acquisition to manage audit outputs and corrective actions to mitigate risks
- Oversee visa management

- Experience in the management, administration, and maintenance of HR and related audits and reports
- Proven IR/ER knowledge and experience
- The ability to manage and measure work for continuous improvement
- Experience in providing advice and support to business stakeholders
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to communicate analytical date to business leaders
