**The Role**

**This role will be responsible to**
- Identify and implement effective sourcing channels and strategies, including job boards, The Swatch Group website, social media, other advertising media and executive search
- Organise meeting with hiring managers for job briefings, to determine appropriate sourcing methods and key selection criteria
- Draft and post recruitment advertisements on internal and external job boards
- Oversee the Recruitment Coordinator to post vacancies on the necessary job boards and screen retail resumes
- Oversee the Recruitment Coordinator in arranging interviews on behalf of the hiring manager and participate in first round interviews where practicable
- Perform all necessary pre-employment checks and provide feedback to hiring manager
- Liaise with Payroll and Administration Officer in regards to employment contract/letters of offer
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
- Work closely with the Head of HR and retail Brands to plan for new store openings
- Manage all recruitment agency contact and review all agency contracts together with Head of HR
- Effectively utilise SGA’s recruitment tool - TalentLink

**The person in this role would need to have the following skills and experience**
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and relevant employment legislation
- Strong interviewing and role analysis skills
- Relationship management, excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience in retail and/or luxury market recruitment highly desirable
- Highly service orientated
- Full understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function and ability to act upon it
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Great organisational skills and detail oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology or relevant field highly desirable
- Experience dealing with generalist HR matters beneficial
