About the opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team. In this fast-paced role, you will support recruitment across our Healthy Ageing division, including Residential Aged Care, Home Care & Seniors Living, assisting hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for direct care roles across Australia.
What you’ll bring:

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- End-to-end, high volume internal recruitment experience, ideally in an aged care or health care environment.-
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment- Confidence to collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders-
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police check or NDIS clearance
