**About the Role**: We currently have exciting contract opportunity to join our Recruitment Team at Accent Group to assist and support the end to end recruitment for some of largest retail brands
This is a full time 6 month contract opportunity located at our Support Office in Cremorne, Victoria. You must be available Monday - Friday.
**Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited**:

- Conducting phone screens and providing timely feedback to Hiring Managers
- Coordinating and organising Group or One on One interview for Hiring Managers
- Supporting with outcomes, offers & contract generation on new starters

**To be successful you will ideally be**:

- Energetic, passionate and adaptable to work in a very fast paced environment
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills to work to deadlines
- Previous recruitment experience highly desirable ideally within a retail environment - desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Supportive and have a can-do attitude to ensure close working relationships with the HR & Talent Team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High results orientation and self-motivation
- Strong ability to execute a high-volume workload with competing priorities within timelines
- Genuine passion for retail and Recruitment / Talent acquisition
- Team-based attitude; willing to go outside of required duties to support the team to achieve objectives.
