**The Role**
The Performance and Engagement Manager is responsible to actively contribute and assist in managing the quality and performance of services delivered by the Estate Maintenance Operating Services (EMOS) Contractors. As a Performance & Engagement Manager, you will be assigned an EMOS contractor to manage and act as the secretariat for monthly performance meetings. You will be required to monitor EMOS compliance through regular reporting, developing and review of assurance activities and participation in meetings and working groups.
**About our Team**
DELM is a Directorate within Estate Service Delivery Branch, Service Delivery Division and is the Product Director for Estate Information, Estate Appraisal, Estate Upkeep, Estate Compliance and Land Management. DELM is the largest directorate supporting the national Base Services Contracts. Primarily located at RAAF Base Williamtown, the Directorate is responsible for managing the performance of delivered estate maintenance activities across all Defence establishments in Australia. DELM as the designated estate Steward is accountable for ensuring the estate is sustained in a safe, operational, reliable, efficient and compliant manner to support Defence capability now and into the future.
The Performance and Engagement Team is a small team of four (4) within DELM who work closely with both internal and external stakeholders managing performance standards through analyses of Estate Maintenance Operating Services (EMOS) monthly reporting, customer feedback, issue escalation and assurance programs. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining Product business, performance reporting and assurance activities to ensure the Base Services Contractors are meeting Contractual requirements.
