**The Role**
Airborne Surveillance Control & Intelligence Systems Program Office (ASCISPO), located at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW and RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA, performs sustainment and major capability upgrades for Air Force's fleet of E-7A Wedgetail and MC-55A Peregrine systems. Project AIR7002 will introduce the Advanced E-7 through collaboration with USAF.

The APS 5 Project Scheduler will be expected to:

- Assist with project scheduling, providing critical expert advice and assistance.
- Use initiative and experience to analyse, plan, review and adjust priorities and work activities to meet business outcomes.
- Undertake objective, systematic analysis. Draw accurate conclusions based on evidence providing detailed technical, operational, professional and procedural advice for complex activities.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage stakeholders' expectations to deliver agreed project outcomes.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and deliver in a timely manner.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including communicating clear and confidently, both orally and written.
- Initiative working with limited supervision whilst engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve project outputs.
- Ability to deliver, plan and support Project Management activities through experience in scheduling.
- Experience with financial acumen.
