**The Company**

Our client is a local, mid-tier sized firm that covers a full suit of taxation, business advisory, audit, SMSF and financial planning services for its extensive client base. An organically growing business with proactive Audit Partners leading the business line to new levels of success, they have grown their audit client listing and require someone currently working as a Senior/Supervisor to take on a Supervisor role and come onboard for the ride

**The Opportunity**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting various audit engagements simultaneously with numerous engagement team members per audit;
- Performing debtor collection, cost management and billing functions, assisting with planning, execution and scheduling staff;
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and preparing reports and opinions to management;
- Assisting with management and co-ordination of the audit team including training, mentoring and methodology compliance.

**The Successful Applicant**

Key requirements for this role are:

- Completion of CA/CPA Qualification;
- 4+ years' experience within a similar position, Australian audit experience is essential;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Ability to assist in the management of a client portfolio to ensure all client needs are dealt with on a timely basis; and
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
