**Ventia**is seeking an experienced **Area Supervisor** to join our telecommunications division, supporting the NBN N2P program. This is a dynamic leadership role responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary trade teams across various construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage field supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with Ventia’s HSE Culture Framework and safety protocols
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and construction timelines
- Conduct site audits, quality checks, and ensure delivery of defect-free work
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, regulators, and community representatives

**About you**:

- Proven supervisory experience in telecommunications or heavy engineering projects
- Trade qualification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across regional NSW
- Passionate about safety, quality, and team development
