Program Management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We have **multiple opportunities available to fulfil Program Director, Program Management, Project Management, Data Administration and Project Scheduling opportunities **across our three divisions - Vehicle Systems, Electronic Solutions and Weapons, Ammunition & Protection. We are seeking experienced professionals who have the ability to lead and manage teams to ensure the successful design, development, integration and delivery of the programs.

These roles will be based nationally across Rheinmetall Defence Australia’s key locations - Brisbane, Melbourne & Adelaide.

You can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Lead and manage allocated program scope within the combined Australian and German development teams;
- Ensure program technical compliance, schedule and earned value in accordance with program requirements;
- Deliver comprehensive plans and supporting artefacts to ensure program success;
- Plan, implement and manage the project deliverables;
- Definition, collection and reporting of project metrics - engineering performance, schedule, costs, dependencies, resources; and
- Maintain and develop high quality relationships with management, the leadership team and staff of RDA and Rheinmetall groups of the company in Germany.

These roles will be based nationally across Rheinmetall Defence Australia’s key locations - Brisbane, Melbourne & Adelaide.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Appropriate industry experience, OR a Tertiary qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline;
- Demonstrated program & project management experience;
- Demonstrated experience with an engineering development program deliverables and management of program documentation;
- Excellent written English communications skills using engineering terminology;
- Must currently hold or be eligible to gain the NV1 Australian Security Clearance;
- Previous experience working in ASDEFCON programs would be advantageous;
- Experience in interpreting complex project performance specifications;
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
