Our client is a leading national finservices provider, who is seeking a Program Manager to join and reset the direction of critical program of work. This is a large and complex program that covers compliance, regulatory, technology and behaviour change.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to have a positive strategic impact, where you can manage relationships and influence Executive Leadership teams.
**Key responsibilities**
- Take ownership of leading a program that protects how confidential member data is stored, in consideration of regulatory and compliance changes.
- Oversee the delivery of the program at a macro level, managing risk, quality and change benefits.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, focusing on business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Assure and assist with procurement and vendor management, including risk management.
- Lead and mentor program/project management teams, ensuring effective delivery and capability development.
- Drive integration, change, innovation, and continuous improvement, aligning with the corporate strategy.
**Essential criteria**
- Exposure to working within a large program of work that intersects compliance, regulatory, technology and behaviour change.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Demonstrable experience managing programs of work relevant to compliance, regulatory, technology and behaviour change. Industry experience in finservices and/ or superannuation. (highly desirable)
