**About the Team**

This is a rare chance to become part of the international Program Management team, based in Brisbane and working collaboratively together with colleagues in Europe to deliver an outstanding capability to the Australian Army.

**About the Role**

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of Defence programs in alignment with Rheinmetall’s strategic objectives and contractual obligations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Proven experience managing complex Defence or large-scale technical programs;
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Sound understanding of Defence procurement frameworks (e.g. ASDEFCON);
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or business (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification highly regarded);
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance - NV1 minimum (Australian Citizenship required).

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens to be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance required.
