Salary: AUD 235,889– 250,588 Annual Gross

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of a multi-year SAP transformation program. This initiative includes a brownfield conversion to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation of SAP HR, Concur, and Ariba, aimed at modernizing core business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Manage the overall SAP transformation program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

•    Coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams: S/4HANA Finance, HR, Concur, Ariba, and supporting functions.

•    Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.

•    Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners.

•    Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.

•    Drive issue resolution, change control, and decision-making processes.

•    Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and adherence to program methodologies.

•    Support business readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• years of experience in SAP program/project management.

•    Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA programs.

•    Experience in brownfield conversion projects and multi-module SAP rollouts.

•    Strong understanding of SAP Finance, HR, Procurement, and integration points.

•    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

•    Experience in utilities or asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.

•    Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Agile, PMBOK)

Preferred Qualifications:

•    SAP certifications or formal training in S/4HANA and related modules.

•    Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

•    Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools.

•    Background in business transformation or enterprise architecture is a plus.
