Are you passionate about creating safe and sustainable work environments? BGIS, a global leader in integrated facility management services, is seeking a dynamic **WHSE Advisor **to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental (WHSE) management systems to ensure compliance, safety, and environmental sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage WHSE processes and compliance with **statutory and contractual obligations **.
- Maintain **WHS system compliance **with **AS/NZS 4801 **and **OHSAS 18001 **standards.
- Ensure **Environmental Management System compliance **with **AS/NZS ISO 14001 **.
- Oversee WHSE **contractor management **, hazard reporting, and incident management.
- Lead **internal and external WHSE audits **and provide expert guidance to contract-based compliance staff.
- Support contract transitions, provide WHSE training, and contribute to **business growth **(tenders, proposals).
- Contribute to **weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting **to both BGIS and clients.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Strong experience in an **OH&S Advisor or Coordinator role **.
- Strong knowledge of **AS/NZS 4801 **(Occupational Health & Safety) and **ISO 14001 **(Environmental Management).
- Experience in **construction, property management **, or **facility management **industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in **incident investigation **, permit issuing, and OH&S audits.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook **, and **iAuditor **.

**Desirable**:

- **ICAM Trained **with experience in conducting investigations.
- **Diploma in OH&S Management **or similar qualification.
- **OH&S auditor course **and **Permit Issuer Training **.
