We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team. As a trusted expert, you will champion safety excellence and drive compliance across diverse environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning, organisational, and project management skills. You will have demonstrated experience in HSEQ, safety leadership, or a related discipline, with the ability to influence and embed best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSEQ policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to drive proactive risk management and compliance initiatives.
  • Investigate incidents, ensuring root cause analysis, corrective actions, and insights inform broader safety improvements.
  • Design and deliver impactful HSEQ training and engagement initiatives to build a strong safety culture.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on HSEQ performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Manage HSEQ systems and ensure timely documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support worker wellbeing and psychosocial hazard initiatives.
