**About Them**
This leading ASX listed infrastructure services provider, partners with Tier-One clients to deliver Australia's essential telecommunications, utilities and transport networks. They are seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to join their Transport infrastructure division to develop and implement safety systems, processes and initiatives to support safety and risk improvement strategies.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager you will work in conjunction to support the company to meet their health and safety obligations. You will be a key driver in the roll out of the HSEQ Strategy and partner and engage with stakeholders across all levels to drive improved risk control through better systems and culture. You will also:

- Provide tactical and pragmatic support to delivery teams
- Deliver training, awareness and instruction
- Prepare & analyse data for performance reporting and statistical analysis
- Facilitate & lead risk reviews & workshops
- Develop and communicate as require, incident alerts, corrective actions and lessons learned from incidents

**About you**
You will have demonstrated an excellent understanding of Health & Safety within a high risk industry and have a strong understanding of hazard identification and risk management.

You will have the ability to drive safety outcomes. You are an engaging safety professional who understands how to get the best out of people and how to empower others to work safely.
