**Position Description**:
Complete Farmer is seeking a seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team.

This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives across digital, OOH and product marketing functions, ensuring that our four key products reach and resonate with the right audiences. The Marketing Manager will manage and mentor a team consisting of a Digital Marketing Officer and a Product Marketing Lead to create and execute integrated marketing strategies that foster growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and enhance team skills through training.
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business objectives for key products.
- Collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Conduct market research to guide product positioning and messaging.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for core products.
- Manage product launches, ensuring consistent and impactful campaigns.
- Develop and oversee the marketing budget, optimizing for efficiency and ROI.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.

**What You will Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and/or product marketing, ideally within AgriTech or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data, making data-driven decisions that enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
