We're 3BY2, a fast-growing marketing provider and we're seeking a Marketing Account Manager to join our team in Perth. As a Marketing Account Manager at 3BY2, you'll be able to break free from monotony and work with a diverse range of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Perth, leveraging technology and collaborating with a team of marketing specialists to deliver care and results for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Working with our strategy team, you will develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, target audience, and industry landscape.
- Implement strategic marketing plans tailored to our clients' needs, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Fearlessly dive into different tools, including cutting-edge AI tools, to provide exceptional care and innovative solutions to clients.
- Provide exceptional communication and support to clients, addressing any enquiries, concerns, or challenges they may face.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the service provided to our clients.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to effectively plan and schedule work.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills and a pride for delivering quality outputs.
- High attention to detail.
- Technologically savvy with a desire to learn new tools.
- Ability to work productively and professionally with all members of the 3BY2 team, external contractors and clients.
- Ability to take ownership of the role and work without close supervision.
- Ability to take the initiative to learn new skills and ask questions in order to achieve 3BY2 and client objectives.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
