A stellar opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest-growing activewear businesses, to drive & execute CRM strategies and deliver a range of acquisition and retention campaigns.

The Role

Working within a stellar, very high-performing and innovative team, you will support on the development and execution of cutting-edge CRM campaigns, across Email, SMS & lifecycle.

You will work cross-functionally with the Chief Marketing Officer, eCommerce Lead, as well as Social, Graphics & wider Marketing teams, to deliver the very best customer experience and brand awareness.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities

- Demonstrated experience within Email Marketing, CRM or Digital, preferably within the Retail, eCommerce or Consumer sectors
- Knowledge of tools such as, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Braze, would be very highly regarded
- Experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles would be very highly regarded
- An understanding of key reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and a highly analytical, data-driven approach
- A genuine passion for customer engagement, Loyalty & customer communications
- Strong collaborative working style, working closely with wider teams across Marketing, Social, Graphics & Product
