Meriton, Australia’s largest apartment developer, is seeking an experienced and motivated **Relief Building Manager** to join our Building Management Department, overseeing a diverse portfolio of nearly 100 buildings. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across **strata and Meriton-owned properties**, including **leasing management**.

**About the Role**

As a Relief Building Manager, you will:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of various buildings assigned to.
- Manage the leasing within buildings.
- Work closely with **dedicated property management and operations teams for support and guidance**.
- Gain hands-on experience before being assigned to your own building, based on location and experience.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 2 years'** **experience as a Property or Building Manager.**:

- Strong knowledge of strata, property, and building management.
- A current **Assistant Agent Certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Agent License**.
- A vehicle (preferred) for travel across Greater Sydney (allowance provided).
- Availability to be on-call for occasional after-hours emergencies (including 4-hour Saturday availability).
