Brand Manager

**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal movement, an exciting opportunity exists within our Nestlé Confectionary team for a talented Brand Marketer to join our passionate and dynamic team. In this role you will work on market leading brands such as Allen’s and you will also lead cross functional teams to deliver key projects to fuel this growth.

You will take the lead on new product development across various projects driving continuous improvement, with responsibility for the end to end go to market plan.

**A day in the life of...**:
A day in the life will look like:

- Lead local innovation planning for our Confectionary Marketing Team
- Developing the long-term innovation pipeline, inputting into our ANZ marketing plans.
- Delivering new products - from ideation through to commercialisation
- Participating in the development and execution of media and/ or digital campaigns including preparation of briefs for the agencies (with a preparedness to assist in briefing)
- Activation of the consumer and brand activities
- Managing relationships with local agencies, including packaging and creative agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Insights and Supply chain
- Contribute to a high performing, fun and inclusive culture in the Confectionery Marketing Team

**What will make you successful**:

- You will be a dynamic, pragmatic and results focussed Brand Manager
- You will have demonstrated strategic analytical skills as well solid project management skills in an FMCG business.
- The ability to influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to build, agree and execute a solid growth-oriented strategy
- You have extensive NPD experience, and experience working closely with an Insights team within a clearly defined NPD process
- Applicants must have full Australian working rights
