Brand Manager- Nescafé

**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Brand Manager to join the Nestlé Coffee business and work on the world’s favourite coffee brand NESCAFÉ.

In this role you will be working as part of the Coffee and Beverages Marketing Team, reporting to the Marketing Manager - Coffee Strategy.

**A day in the life of...**:
In this fast paced and dynamic role, a day in the life would look like:

- Lead the development and implementation of “best in class” communication plans
- Strong project management skills to lead innovation/renovation of products
- Collaboration with internal and cross functional stakeholders to support the effective implementation of brand activities.
- Development, approval and implementation of annual activation plans ensuring internal alignment across all functions
- Track and monitor the performance, range, health and strategic alignment of the brand

**What will make you successful**:

- You will have a curious mindset with a passion for Marketing and building great Brands
- Ideally you will be Tertiary Qualified and have experience in a similar role and FMCG Brand Communication Management Experience
- You will have experience with New Product Development Pipeline Development and Implementation
- You will have strong commercial acumen with proven experience of budget and P&L management
- You will bring with you your effective communication skills with a strong sense of team
