Seisma is a leading technology solutions provider, specialising in Salesforce implementations and customisations. We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively demonstrating the value of Salesforce solutions to our clients.

Next to having access to over 100 Salesforce specialists (Managed services, Support Analysts, Consultants, Developers, Project Managers/Coordinators, Test and Data analysts, UI/UX/CX team), you will have access to all other areas and specialists within the Seisma Group to ensure the quality and on-time delivery our clients expect.

**Your role will include**:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and identify opportunities where Salesforce solutions can provide maximum impact.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to gather business requirements, pain points, and goals.
- Utilise your deep knowledge of Salesforce products and features to design customised, scalable solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions that showcase the value of Salesforce in addressing client challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and solution architects, to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Stay on top of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, and share your knowledge with clients and colleagues.

**Do you have the following proven skills and abilities**:

- Experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a pre-sale role, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the Salesforce platform as a whole.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering pre-sales engagements and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients at all organisational levels.
