About the Role: Contact Centre Pre-Sales Consultant (Australia-based)
We/'re seeking a people-focused, results-driven sales professional to join our Contact Centre team. In this role, you/'ll be the first point of contact for our international customers, guiding them through their relocation journey and ensuring a smooth, high-touch experience from quote to move.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Following up promptly on customer inquiries and quote requests
- Qualifying leads and scheduling in-home pre-move inspections
- Managing customer relationships from enquiry to final sale
- Preparing and sending accurate quotes
- Entering move details into our systems with precision
- Following up within 48 hours to close sales — including price negotiations within approved margins
- Coordinating services with internal teams and external vendors
- Promoting the Allied brand using brochures, presentations, and product info
- Keeping a well-organized daily schedule of activities and appointments
