Are you passionate about guiding clients through life-changing decisions, not just closing a quick sale? At Todd Devine Homes, we're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team in a unique client-facing role that blends relationship-building, administration, and pre-site project coordination.

This is a base salary role (no commission chasing) focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and securing approx. three deposits per month, while supporting clients from their first enquiry right through to construction commencement.

Todd Devine Homes is a well-established Victorian builder specialising in prefab, modular, and transportable homes. With 30+ years of experience, we're entering an exciting new chapter — becoming widely recognised as Victoria's prefab experts as the country seeks better solutions to the housing crisis.

We work across residential, over-55s, and lifestyle communities, offering both flexibility and certainty to clients. Our team is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on doing things the right way, not the fast way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full client journey from first contact to pre-construction sign-off
  • Conducting colour consultations and guiding clients through key selections
  • Liaising with internal teams (Drafting, Estimating, Construction) to ensure seamless handovers
  • Following up on new leads, supporting warm enquiries, and progressing toward monthly deposit targets
  • Managing timelines, documentation, and updates across multiple active clients
  • Working one Saturday per month, with the following Monday off in lieu
  • Representing an award-winning builder making its mark in the prefab/modular space

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in client services, sales coordination, or project support (building or interiors preferred)
  • A natural communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confidence guiding clients through processes, selections, and decisions
  • Ability to juggle new business opportunities and active client files without dropping the ball
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
