Join a national company as the Head of Marketing and eCommerce. Based out of the head office on the beautiful Sunshine Coast an opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to support, build and implement exciting marketing campaigns and lead research efforts to maximise RIO.

**Your new role**
***
Lead an exiting and motivated small team of marketing professionals:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve common goals
- Develop and manage the National Marketing calendar
- Paid acquisition campaign planning and execution
- Paid retention planning and execution
- Reporting, learning and refining acquisition and retention campaigns
- Implement marketing automation and use data to shape strategy
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and ensure a great ROI

**What you'll need to succeed**

Supporting, developing, and implementing a cohesive and collaborative brand strategy will require a skill set and experience across a similar role, along with:

- Experience in a Senior Marketing role
- Relevant degree in Marketing or Commerce is desirable.
- Exceptional communications skills, great work ethic and a passion for brand development.
- Proficiency in Shopify, or other similar CMS
